Hey Jack Panini, I like the new name, works well in the Italian part of town. Jack I like the way the pork looks the Panini grill marks give it a nice bbq look. I bet it taste great, I just thinks it looks like its missing something. Something that will build it up a bit higher and complement the flavor of the pork and sandwich look. I know about the cole slaw deal, works in some areas, not in others. I’m trying to think of something that would compiment the BBQ pork, add to the sandwich…….Like someone said in California once, I’ll be back……………..
