I know this is an old post but as the general manager of a Jimmy John’s I had to pipe in… The experience you described sounds to me like a terribly run restaurant plain and simple. If you ordered an italian with double meat there should have been 12 slices of salami, 6 slices of capicola, and the provalone that you note was not on the sandwich. Also there should have been a hell of a lot more onions. If I were you I wouldn’t go back to that restaurant either. Hopefully they’ll go under and someone who knows what they’re doing will take over.
