Hello everyone , today at work I changed out the wood handles on my sheet metal hammers and was reminded of a story that Mayor Al told me. Al told me the best BBQ he ever had came from a place south of us and they used reject wood handles from a nearby mill. I cant remember much more because he flooded me with info. I googled a bunch of phrases about handles and bbq and didnt find much help. I was thinking around Alabama for the state.
