As a one time customer of the US military’s resale programs in Europe, I know that authorized customers are only allowed to buy food for their own personal use. All the tinned chili I have seen is USDA inspected because of its meat content. I don’t know if the UK will allow it to be imported without additional inspection. (The US military is exempt from this requirement.)
