BillyB thanks, as always, for your great input. Borough market is just down the road from me. The problem is that I was wanting to offer a genuinely US hot dog and I’m not sure anyone here will be able make a good enough one at an affordable price. I’ll definitely make enquiries though – I have no choice but to find a good supplier either locally or from the US.
