Here’s the plan for now: We got 2 turkey cookers can cook 80 dogs at a time in each. So that will work out to +/- 320 hr (conservative estimate) X 10hrs . We got 2 100# propane tanks, that should be enough we can top them of again on Sat morning if needed. Then we got a prep tables with 4 people, 2 putting dog in buns 2 wrapping. From there they go into the cart that will have a large pan. 2 people there taking money serving dogs. 2 people to jump in where needed. We work on a rotating shift so no one gets burned out on doing one thing. Still workin on getting a refer truck or van to park there for the weekend. Going to talk to other vendors to mabe split the costs. Arranged for the bun supplier to have a truck parked there with product. This will also help out the burger guy. Will have a condiment bar with mustard onions ketchup and maybe relish for them to dress their own dogs.(depending on what the HD will let us get away with) Will also have drinks Coke will be on site and deliver to booth as needed, also have a couple pallets of water from a local water company that will take back what we don’t use. We have a couple of stock tanks that will hold 3to400 16oz bottles easy. Have already arranged for a ice supply company to be there to supply all vendors. This is a production event nothing fancy. I won’t be taking credit cards the ATM truck will be there. I have been involved with events before where they had 360000 people over 3 days before. I just got to make sure that I got enough food to last, because if you run out of food you don’t get your $1000 deposit back. What you think? See any flaws?
