     You weren’t kidding when you said you had some (Balti) MORE!!  [:p]
    I too love ham and I LOVE spicy so this has always really appealed to me. I’m wondering if the ham itself gets a bit pickled from the greens? [huh] 

     ps. maybe next time put some greens on your eggs….Dr. Seuss would approve! [woot]
