Thanks guys! So Astro…Are you delivering pizza then? You got me thinking… I really like the icycle tricycles out of Portland but it’s more $ then I want to spend right now. I had come to the conclusion that I could get a tune up on my mountain bike, by a trailer assembly, build a freezer box on it…Have everything painted to match, etc. But the trike with the two wheels in back could work too! I’m just wondering if there is enough room between the two rear wheels to build/attach an ice box… I’ll run to the store today and see. I’m also wondering if they are only single speeds… I’d prefer at least a three speed. I can’t believe we’re talking about those old lady huffy trikes! Lol
On a side note…For the construction of an ice box – I believe theb traditional method is a plywood outer box, foam walls inside of that, and metal walls covering the foam? Like sheet metal? Is that still a good design or is there a more modern approach?
