My only experience with people who didn’t change their underwear for 7 days or even much longer periods of time, was about 50 years ago in Southeast Asia. Since that time I have tried diligently NOT to repeat that experience, or to be within smell-range of anyone who is undergoing (no pun) the ‘treatment’ now.
