Jennies Cafe in Empire CO, just off the freeway at U S 40. Super Breakfasts and Great Rib-Eye Sandwiches for Lunch.

King Ribs, Indianapolis, Several stores around town, but the easist is just off I-465 on the east side of town on US 40 about 1/4 mile west of the 465. Drive-thru eat in your car.

Richards Family farm Restaurant, Casey IL Reviewed in an old Sterns book, and still quite good. Just west of the Indiana/Illinois Line

Arthur Bryants BBQ in KC. Still a Legend ! just off I-70 in the city.

Moab Diner in Moab Utah. Off I-70 a bit, but there isn’t much else close to the highway in that area.. Moab Diner has great Green Chile Burgers and daily meal specials.
That will do for a stert.
