One final note: Twitter and Facebook are FUN, so stop being so darn curmudgeonly! Serious business doesn’t have to be SERIOUS BUSINESS. I like businesses (business owners, managers, wait staff) with a sense of humor and personality, rather than some perfunctory-smile-shove-the-hot-dog-at-me-NEXT! kinda person.
