Tasty, I would love to try them but it’s a long way from Texas.  But???

I was trying to get and idea of their size. A bit less than 5 per lb. is a good size. And that is a great price for a good hot link w/ a casing!

There was a place years ago in Dallas that sold  hot links with a casing from a small white oven. They has snap and were great!

Matt, I am a fan of Hillshire Farm Hot Links and Johnsonville Andouillie. They are skinless and yes, grilling is way the best. And yes, I love that crispy outside.
