Hey Billy,
Just got back from my first day selling Spicy Red Hot Sausages.
Went great. Sold 9 @ $4.00. It’s a start. When the customer asked about them (I had a sign), I said they’re spicy, they’re hot, they’re greasy and they’re great! I got some of my regulars to try them by saying “I don’t know if you’re man enough to handle ’em”. I made sure to tell everyone up front what to expect. Told everyone if they like spicy and don’t like this one I’ll gladly give them their money back. Recommended putting just a little mustard on, don’t want to destroy that great taste by loading up.
I cooked them in Glad-Lock bags. Left a little air in bag to see if I was getting any leaks. Worked great. Great tip even if I did “bother’ you instead finding everything out on my own!Jerry
Hi Jerry, nice to see it worked out well. Whats nice is, this will open the door to offering other sausage, and maybe a sausage of the week…….Great job buddy, you have come a long way, It’s nice to see how you, and your operation are taking off and becoming a success………BillyB
