It’s good you’re doing all these things for the HD but I believe the problem folks have had in the past has been more with the local governments and ordinances rather than the HD.  I would try to talk to the guys with existing carts if you can find them. I understand there are a few (I’ve never seen one). You might want to talk to some of the cities back off the beach, and to the west, you may have some luck with them. Good luck chasing the dream, if you just gotta live there, (since it’s about the coolest place on earth) there is always a need for power washers LOL.
