Yeah. I want to make sure there is no surprises even before I buy the cart.  I plan to meet with all/any of the existing vendors, city and county officials, HD etc.  I don’t really see HDV carts out there either which surprises me, especially out by the beach and Pier Park.  Must be a valid reason I thought…  Thank you for this heads up.  I was actually thinking of power washing for alternate option number 4 or 5.
