Well – I started going thru code enforcement departments for the three main cities I would like to start hot dogging in; Panama City, Panama City Beach and Lynn Haven. 
 
I was listening/watching one of the Panama City city commissioners meeting on U-tube and in their June 8, 2010 meeting –  a guy requested a “special” short term period to sell hot dogs at the city marina.  The board of commissioners talked about it for three minutes but all decided they had something on the books NOT allowing hot dog carts in PC.  They all voted to reject the request to sell hot dogs for a specific event.  I was really surprised!    I guess its true…  they really don’t want competition with the brick and mortar places. 
 
I wouldn’t mind if I have to drive alittle further outside Bay county to sell if I have to.  But that would be incovenient.
