I will be in the US in July and Panama City for vacation for about one month.  I plan on meeting with them to clarify what they want me to do.  I know they want me to take the manager – food safety class.  I should be that done before then.  Thanks Foodbrne.  Will let you know what they say.  Regards from Rabat.
