For what you would pay in one year for rent $36,000 you could own this
Sheds – EZ Wood Storage Sheds
You could pick a lot, rent or buy that parts not in the $36K Idea. pick the size you need for the operation you desire. 10×20. 10×16 whatever, you can have a drive up window on one side, walk-in counter service on the other side. Grill, fryer, deli make up counter refers & freezer hood and fire system, 3 bay sink for dishes, two bay sink for veg prep, hand sink, prep counter, service counter. All you need is sewer and water access and be near a poll to drop down Electric. I have been thinking of setting up a few of these in an outside food court idea with a central covered eating area and rest room and security. One shed designed like a Chalet serving German food, one designed Greek style serving Gyros, one Mexican style for Mexican food, and so on. This would give a person a chance to own his/her own business………….billyb
