In Denver- I would skip McCormicks’ Fish House- it’s a national chain and I bet there is one nearby locally.

and for some local Roadfood- The Buckhorn Exchange is a must- if I’m only in Denver for one meal- that’s where I’d go- although not in downtown- it’s on the outskirts and the light raill drops you off right across the street.
