right, nasty people give us all a bad rap. my cart is old but it’s clean.  there is no excuse for such behavior.  If we don’t regulate ourselves some one else will, and most likely it will be some one who has no idea about food vending passing the regs.  Just liook at the examples we already have.   Mi and Wi both have some of the toughest inspections in the country, but the are reasionable in regulating what you can sell.  I have done many shows up there in both states.
 
Its too easy for the regulators to just say no  it makes their job easier. We need more inspection not more regulation.
