I agree Oldude, I’m having trouble getting full answers on the rules and laws regarding hot dog vendors in my area. I’m sure a few people left a bad example for the rest of us. I haven’t set up yet but I see your frustration. I always try to E-mail a picture of my cart to the township or city that I’m trying to get into, so they can see that there are some clean honest people that want to sell good quality food, and that change their gloves after serving
