Al is correct, I can find flounder just about any place in the North East. I guess it’s commonplace down south too. I remember many of the diner menus on Long Island would offer stuffed flounder and roadfood reviewed Champlins offers a fine rendition

Unfortunately peanut soup is becoming a rarity. When I did my research prior to this trip, I didn’t realize that so few restaurants serve it. Unfortunately like Jewish Deli and other items I think we’ll have to add peanut soup to that list of regional specialties that are disappearing
