Oh yes–country ham and crab is a wonderful combination! [:X] I first had it on the Eastern Shore–Fenwick Island, DE.  Delicious!
 
Those sweet potato sticks sure looked fabulous.
 
And lightness in a biscuit–sweet potato or otherwise–is a good thing! Those looked excellent.
