Your Heath Dept approves of using this? Before you reccomend it to others they better make sure their health dept would approve it. I can tell you in NC it would be a big no, no. In NC a non profit could use this but a vendor could not use it for a regular location they are charging per person.

 
Before you get in a huff, I recommended the product cause it works.  I dont know what your HD will allow or wont allow, Im saying the grill works.. If your city doesnt allow it, then dont use it, but you can certainly use it at home…As far as where I am, its ok, and why wouldnt it be where you are?  And why would a non profit be able to use it and a vendor NOT be able to use it?  Its used around the country, such as baseball parks etc?  I dont get it?  And what does charging per person have to do with it???
