Truthfully Bill, we do the same thing (line our smaller wastebaskets with plastic grocery bags) and as many times as we forget to walk into the store with our green bags, we’re still OK.  We have a burlap ‘keeper’ for the plastic ones in the kitchen pantry and I think we’re in no danger of running out anytime soon.
