I’m with PNWCHEF….don’t nickel & dime me for a hot dog. I would not pay a dime extra for anything on your list of toppings except for chili & cheese.
I agree 100% I prefer you charge me $2.75 or even $3.00 and I can put what I want on it. My method is $2.75 and the customer picks the toppings, the cost stays the same for plain or run it through the garden.
Plus doing the “math” will be a nightmare when you have a rush of people 10 or so deep…..
