Yes…YOAman has got it Hotdogopolis….you don’t NEED gloves and you will save $ not having to buy them.  Now, I’ll have some on the cart just in case…but using tongs and wax 12″ x 12″ wax paper (or boats…or whatever you use) doing things in the proper order you won’t ever touch any food.
