A few Issues Resolved:
For my propane system I ran my two 100lb tanks to a single stage 1, then the output to the individual appliances.
The appliances would turn on and run for around 10 seconds and turn off. The appliance regulators were being over pressured and shutting off.
I found was a mistake I made with the regulator setup. For those that don’t know, you need a stage 1 and a stage 2 regulator THEN the appliance regulator. The appliance regulator do not count as your stage two. They are design to see around 11WC input. Added the stage 2 and everything worked.
My Pitco fryer pilot would not light. Removed the pilot tube and cleaned out the jet which is VERY small. After that the pilot worked fine.
My on demand water heater failed to light as well. I could hear ticking but it was giving me a gas pressure error code. Removed the front cover and found the harness to the gas solenoid was not connected. Reconnected and it worked as well. Smoking hot, it hits 150F.
Now we are ready for the inspector tomorrow.
