We have passed our initial inspection!  Inspector said the truck looks great.
 
One issue found, the top of our cold table is running at 38 but the lower section is 41/42.  Its max’d out so looks like it needs a charge.  Used unit, buyer beware I suppose.
Our freezer unit runs as a fridge as well so it will be plan B until the Cold Table gets fixed.
He also recommended we close the gap between the hood and the roof.
 
First event is Saturday, I’ll start posting pictures next week after the madness is over.
