Give what up billydee?  Because I will not explain to him how to go around a ridiculous rule?  I’m not here to show people how to cheat the system.  He is in Florida anyway so good luck to him on that.  Who should be more insulted by that comment, the one who is trying to “go around the rule” or the one who is following the rules? 

We are not a substitute for the HD.  If he has no time in his busy schedule to try and get in touch to see what his area requires how will he be able to do paperwork, inspections, shopping to get off the ground?  If it is your opinion that ps303 has gotten sound advice then good for you.  billyb and gene gave  sound advice.  Now I’ll just sit back and wait for this to turn into yet another regulation discussion.  Ps303, do me one favor, do a search of some of the topics and people giving advice here.  You’ll see what I mean.    DD
