The first thing that caught my eye were the logos of Sabrett, Vienna Beef, and Hebrew National. I think that makes a good impression, since even if potential event planners are not familiar with the brands, they can quickly find out these are high quality brands. The logo is fun, as well.
Are you going to serve dogs to the public in addition to catering events? The Facebook page does not give a clear answer. We have some mobile food vendors up here who use Facebook and Twitter to announce where they will serve the general public if they set up in a public place.
If unsure about the nature of a business, I look to see if the web site has a “About Us” section. You may want to consider such a section.
I hold down a full time sales job M-Fr so the hot dog cart is my therapy (really). I love to cook and interact with people.
I like the idea of an About Us page. My son will try and secure a weekend spot over the summer.
I’ll look into Skype as I don’t know much about it. Thanks for the input.
