I’m terrible with dates and I even tried to research when these groups played here – Cream about 1970 at the Warehouse, which was just that, an old warehouse on the waterfront, nothing but a stage and carpet remnants.  Last one was the mid-80’s and is a toss up between the Eurhythmics at Tulane’s McAllister auditorium or the Rolling Stones in the Superdome (Steel Wheels tour?)
