Thanks. I can’t wait to get up and running. I had a practice day last week and everything went really great. The trailer is smaller than it looks (6’x10′), but the workflow inside is actually quite smooth. It would be a little tough (but not impossible) to run 2 people in there, but it’s a good size for one person to handle. The location is also really good. When I’m ready to open I’ll be putting out some picnic tables and such. I also have a small shed on order to store stuff in, but it hasn’t been delivered yet. I have a 2-year lease at this location, with the option of renewing it at my discretion. So far they’ve been exceptional landlords (to the point where they’re giving me the employee discount to buy the picnic tables from them, and are also discounting my propane as long as I buy it only from them).
