Try a different approach. Instead of being as concerned about the rent per sq ft. be more concerned about REVENUE per sq ft. The old adage, Location, Location, Location is 100% valid. You may need to pay more rent for a good location, but it may generate more Revenue. It’s not how much you save on rent—It’s how much revenue will the location generate.

I hear you on that. The main thing I wanted to ask was how people where going around finding there location(lease)
Seems like Agents are no help. I contacted a few and they never get back to me.
