I’ve been on a strict low-sodium diet and can attest your palate will adjust. I can taste the tiniest amount of salt in foods including the natural salt. The government however should stay out of the issue. It was our government and its health policies and farm subsidies policies that got us in this health mess in the first place. I grew up rarely eating any fast food or processed food other than a breakfast cereal. That all changed in the 70s. You eliminate salt and the manufacturers will only add something else to compensate. We eat processed chemicals now, not food if it comes in a package.
