It varies…with my mood, and with toppings. A burger with mushrooms must have Swiss for me…..Standard American is perfect…and the default cheese most places give you, and that’s fine. If given a choice,then I’ll get creative,as I said, depending on what I’ve put on it, Some cheddars overpower the burger. Monteray Jack works fine,,,,and I’ll second Edam…which also works grated on a pizza!!!
