 Those cheesy grits look AMAZING! I don’t get it, We’ve TONS of corn around here… So why no grits? this may bear some looking into….[8D]   Also, you gotta love the EXTREMELY regional Jumpin’ Jack Shrimp!  [:D]

Sweet corn in the Midwest is for “roastin’ ears”.  Field corn is for fattening up cows and hogs (and making beer and ethanol for fuel.)  That’s where all the TONS of corn go.
