My favs are JAX(love the dirty martinis), Rocky Mtn Diner(great food), McCormick’s(phenomenal happy hour prices), Osteria Marco(great small plates), Sam’s is a great diner.
Also, if you can get to 7th and Santa Fe, try El Taco de Mexico.  Small place, cash only.  Awesome food.  Try experimenting.  I love the chile relleno burrito.
