Glad to hear I’ve been helpful in the past, and thanks for helping me with this one. I’ll be getting into Denver a week from Friday, and am really looking forward to it. I’m vacationing with my 10-year old son. He is eager to try Buckhorn because he saw it profiled on Food Network. I told him I plan to try rattlesnake and Rocky Mountain oysters, which has him really grossed out. We’ll see if I have the courage to actually do it!
