You may want to start scouting others places to fall back on if needed.

You need to ALWAYS be on the look out for a better place or an alternative to the great place you already have (if you have a great place).  You never know what will happen.  Anything can happen, either man-made problems or mother nature. It’s just part of being in business for yourself.  When we travel thru a town that we haven’t been to before (which out here is most everywhere) we do it with an eye to vending in that town.  Granted, we are probably the only ones on this forum that travel (with our cart)  but all of us can not guarantee that the towns or states we are currently vending in will remain food vendor friendly and/or profitable. Being  so “mobile” has taught us things that you will not find in a book (like don’t count on “Winter Texans/Snowbirds/Full-time RVers/Part-time Rvers to part with their $$ in places they are staying for the winter).
