The Sabrett onion sauce that I tried on my last trip to N.Y.C. was not watery at all. Kind of sweet, oniony, syrupy and tomatoey all in one. I loved it. Seems to work well with the mustard and the kraut.  I will also try the recipe in the afore mentioned post.
