Lornaschinske…aren’t you the lil smarty party !!  Great plan…..I guess you learn all this stuff the hard way unless one can pick the brain of someone who has  “been there..done that”.  While shopping online, I saw a fryer with a spigot like thing on the front of the unit used to easily drain the oil.  Anyone on this board use that type of fryer ?
