Benscarts said he put beer or bullion in his water. So I innovated and I put a some pieces of garlic, a bullion and a couple of caps of liquid Zatarain’s Crab Boil.
 
I grill the dogs and sausage and hold them in the steam pan. I also have a 1/4 size pan with a couple of inches of water with Garlic and 1 cap of Crab Boil and a bullion in that and serve the dogs from that pan as Cajun Dogs.
 
I enjoy the aroma jcheese. Now I’m going to bring a frypan for some oil and  put some peppers and onions to add to the kitchen affect like you suggested. I like your ideas. If I had the money, I’d make a trip to old Virginia just to watch you and have a dog. No LOL, I’m serious!
