Our are “on sale” at $3.49 lb. Seems a little high compared to what’s been mentioned here.

That’s fairly similar to what I see for flats here, especially if they’re Angus beef.  And corned beef rounds are even more.
 
Points generally seem to have a sale price in the $1.69-$1.99 range.
