I made a political contribution a few months back, I regret it, Lord how I regret it. The number of telemarketing calls I’m getting is astounding. I got my last one this afternoon, got on this morning also. The man this afternoon got a double Jumbo Jack of cursing from me, he says, “Sir you can’t talk to me like that”, which got him a Triple Whopper of additional cursing, I must say, it made me feel much better, I will never again donate to a political campaign.

There is a saying dating from the 1970’s: if you really hate an organization, donate a dollar to them. They will spend hundreds of dollars trying to get another dollar out of you.
