I’m just trying to get a head count for the reservation.  We can plan the rest of the day later, although I’d like to show up with an empty stomach.  I want to enjoy every bite I can.  Ilija will serve us family-style and the variety will be amazing.
 
What would be a good start time at Ilija’s for the Illinois end of The Contingent?
