Chicken cutlets, cheese, sauce, and peppers.  The peppers are kind of hidden.

 

I keep wondering if the several layers of thin cutlets is a style specific to this region.  Every chicken parm I had before moving here was just one thick slab of breaded chicken.  I think I prefer the layers, as they’re easier to bite through.
