[link src=http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/showprofile.aspx?memid=132491]Ketteract:  At my old hang out in Bridgeport, they use to make me a egg and pepper grinder. Think of the peppers sauteed in olive oil, then scramble a few eggs in with it, S&P to taste. This is a good sandwich, I have made them out here in Washington State. If I was standing in front of these menus, the pepper and egg would not be at the top of my list to order. I would order a Eggplant Parm grinder with out a doubt. Wait, maybe the meatball grinder, NO, hold on, the Italian Combo. The guy would then ask me ” Are you sure ” I would answer, of course I’m sure, give me the Sausage and pepper……….My wife would be rolling her eyes, she doesn’t understand, this is the most important decision I will have to make in months…………….You need to take 25 friends with you, have everyone order something different and cut them in 25 pieces. Then you get 25 bites of heaven……………thx for posting the pictures…………………..pnwc
