yes, i agree heat is going to be an issue. Thats why I am going with a insulated flip top freezer rather than a glass top dipping cabinet. I am going to cut holes on of the side of the trailer and install louvers where the condenser coil will line up inside so that it can pull outside air for cooling.

you may find it hard(no pun intended) to keep the ice cream hard with a fryer and grill etc, those will put off an extremly amount of heat in the summertime…
