Sounds over the top to me, which means I think it sounds awesome. I’m thinking a cream base incorporated with rendered bacon fat and the liquid in a can of chipotle peppers, cooked until it reduces & thickens a bit & then garnished with a WHOLE LOT of crispy lovely bacon & Joe’s excellent suggestion of grated cheese. I’m not sure I’d choose cheddar, but right now I am too sleepy to decide what I’d sub. & then there is always an alcoholic component to consider adding to this inspired idea of yours, CTF. Sherry?
